Adjacent to the couch is a flat-screen HDTV, equipped with your favorite streaming apps and cable. A dining table, large enough to seat all guests, completes the space. The recently-renovated kitchen is steps away from the living room. New countertops, cabinets, sink, and appliances have been installed with quality in mind. Adjacent to the kitchen is the renovated bathroom, offering a cozy space with a stand-up tub and new pedestal sink/toilet.
