The space The property is located in an annex in a very quiet rural area in Basel-Land. The view is like a painting. The 38 square meter annex (just for you) is very comfortably furnished and a wonderful retreat. In the sleeping area with a queen-size bed, you can relax on a comfortable mattress with a BICO slatted base. In the living room area, you can enjoy your favorite series on Netflix, watch a movie or read a book. The sofa bed can be quickly converted from a double bed to a sofa or vice versa. The spacious living room thus transforms into a cozy bedroom at night and sleeps up to 4 people. The kitchen is open to the living room/bedroom and offers enough space to let off steam. It is equipped with - a large fridge (with freezer) - 4 hotplates - Oven - Dishwasher - and a coffee maker. - Dining table In addition, the kitchen offers the basics for cooking: - Pans - Bowls - Knives - Cutlery - Dishes - Oil - Salt - Pepper - Sugar The cozy bathroom offers a shower/bathtub, toilet, sink and a towel warmer (only in winter). Bath towels and hand towels are available. The host's main house is connected to your side house through a gym. The gym can be used in agreement. Otherwise, the door marked "Privat" remains closed. The door from the annex to the gym cannot be locked. The door from the gym to the main house is closed by the host. The host reserves the right to open the door to enter the gym. Guest access The whole annex is yours! Feel at home. Use the cupboards and drawers. Anything not listed with a price is free of charge. Want to stay fit and work out? Train in the in-house gym with punching bag and weight bench. (On request) Would you like a barbecue evening in the garden? You can have a good time in the barbecue area with pergola.
