Located in the south of Burgundy, between Paray-le-Monial, Digoin and Gueugnon, and only 1.5 hours from Lyon, I invite you to discover my accommodation nestled in a true haven of peace Between the edge of the forest and the Charolais bocage, this house, ideal for accommodating a family of 6 to 8 people in a quiet and relaxing setting Perfect for a stay with family or friends, it promises relaxation and friendly moments in a natural environment The space Charming house with character in Southern Burgundy Located in a quiet cul-de-sac, between forest and meadows, this house offers you a peaceful setting without being too secluded. All necessary shops are within 10 minutes drive. The house has a large terrace with a swimming pool (July/August) , all on a fenced plot of about 4000 sqm. Ground floor: • An equipped kitchen with a large table that can seat 8 people. • A living room with a big couch and video projector to enjoy your favorite movies. • An extra bedroom with a sofa bed (160x190). • Bathroom with toilet. • A laundry room equipped with a washer and dryer. Upstairs: • Bedroom 1: One bed 160x200 + 2 single beds of 80x200 ( or 160x200). • Bedroom 2: Three single beds including 1 bunk bed + 1 bed 160x200 • Bedroom 3: A 160x200 bed with access to a private terrace. • Bathroom with shower, bathtub and double vanity • A separate restroom. Practical information: • Fiber Wi-Fi • ideal sleeping arrangements for 4/6 adults and 3/4 children. • Linens are not provided. It is possible to take the linen option to discuss together. • A deposit cheque will be cashed before check-in (€1000) as a result of poor guest behavior. • Weekend rental (min. €500), week, month possible In summer the house is for rent only by the week from Saturday to Saturday. This deposit will be returned no later than 10 days after the stay.
