2 bedroom flat in a quiet area in Wallyford. 10 min train link to Edinburgh or 30 min bus with several lines. Near Musselburgh beach, shop/pharmacy walking distance. Free parking and EV charger nearby. The space 2 bedroom flat, you would be sharing the kitchen and bathroom with me. I work full time so I'll be mostly out of the flat myself! I have 3 cats, so guest must respect them and not have severe allergies! I have an air purifier that I can put in the room for guests if they'd like. There's parking in front and on the back of the flat and also EV charger. Guest access Guest will receive a key upon check in. All areas of the flat will be available except my bedroom. Other things to note The bus stop is a 7 min walk from my house and you can take the 44, X6 or X44. The bus costs £2 and the last bus is at 11:50 pm. The train is £4.90 return and the station is a 15 min walk. I believe the last train is at 11:14pm. Taxi and uber is readily available, Uber is generally £14-16 and the taxi is usually £20-25. Rates might be higher during festival though.
