This stair- free, main level unit is curated for both style and comfort, you will enter the home to find an open concept floor plan and a welcoming living room! Perfect for lounging, gathering and of course a movie night in, the living space has a large cozy sectional as well as an accent chair and ottomans so that you can fit the whole crew! While Columbus has countless great restaurants, we made sure that our travelling cooks have everything they need to whip up a masterpiece in the sleek and spacious kitchen, equipped with the essentials for all of your cooking needs! Dining in? Enjoy our eat- in island or opt for the beautiful formal dining table (also the perfect spot for a board game showdown). Down the hall you will find our four spacious bedrooms and two bathrooms. Bedroom 1 contains two Full beds, Bedroom 2 contains a King bed, and Bedrooms 3 & 4 contain Queen beds. Each with their own personality, you will find a bench, luggage rack and closet for storage. Laundry is a breeze with an ensuite washer and dryer located in the home. There is 1 parking spot located behind the home via laneway. Additional free street parking can be found on the street directly in front of the home. Didn't drive? No problem! Located in an awesome vibrant neighbourhood, you'll be steps away from the city's best restaurants, near public transit and a hop and a skip away from the downtown core. This unit is located in part of a large property that has 3 units total and 3 unique Airbnb listings. The units can be rented individually or all together message us for more information on booking for large groups or conferences. Each unit has it’s own private access and there is no link between the 3 spaces. Please note, like a boutique hotel, you may bump into another guest on the common outdoor grounds of the property. For example, while accessing your unit or parking your vehicle. As such, we kindly ask that all guests be mindful and courteous of one another, ensuring a pleasant stay for everyone! Other things to note For your personal security and safety, there is 1 video camera doorbell located on the exterior of the front door and 2 other exterior doorbell cameras on the property for other units. There are no cameras inside of the unit. Each unit also contains 1 Noiseaware device, set up in the open concept living area to monitor excessive noise decibels only.
