Welcome to your home away from home! Located in Villa de Cortés, a small, quiet neighborhood with a great location, ideal for creative, curious people who intend to work or rest. The house, an example of the traditional architecture of Mexico City from the 50's and 60's, has exceptional lighting and ventilation. The interior is spacious, with a comfortable layout and decoration full of work by local and international artists, which makes it dynamic and welcoming. The space The room has a double bed, it can comfortably accommodate two people, and if necessary, there is the possibility of adapting a sofa bed for additional guests. Everything is linked to two fresh terraces, with plants and shade mesh, accessible at all times, to be able to be or work comfortably outdoors covered from the sun; in addition to being equipped with furniture and everything necessary to be able to have your own outdoor meeting: grill, utensils and cutlery, or simply enjoy a coffee in the morning. The main kitchen has everything you need for your stay: stove, refrigerator, oven, toaster, pans and utensils, plus an eco-friendly water filter, and a grinder for the best coffee you've ever had (also included). The bathrooms are well lit and have all the toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body and hand soap), as well as a dryer and iron. In front of one of the terraces, there is a studio where you can work, with great lighting and tranquility, at a high desk, with a high-speed internet connection. Guest access All shared spaces are accessible at all times, feel at home!
