Guest access With our Schlage Encode smartlock, you can check in anytime after 4pm with your personal door code that we will email to you in our welcome packet. Other things to note This home is 15 minutes to Hummingbird Nest Ranch and Ronald Reagan Presidential Library. PLEASE NOTE: There are two units on this property: the main house and the guest house. Both units are newly built spaces, just completed in Dec 2023. Each unit has their own private driveway and private front entrances so it is unlikely that there will be any, or just minimal interaction, between the different tenants/guests. We do ask that all tenants on the property are courteous and respectful of one another and observe quiet hours between 10pm-7am on weekdays and 11pm-7am on weekends. We allow up to 12 people maximum in the main house portion. You can also rent the guest house and in that scenario we would allow up to 16 people total between both the main house and guest house.
