Waterfront retreat on Mooselookmeguntic

Welcome to our western Maine getaway "On the Rocks." The property is located near the end of Birches Beach Road on a quiet cove near Hawaiian Point (part of Steven Phillips Memorial Preserve). Hawaiian Point protects our beach from the westerly prevailing winds. With only four other homes on this cove, it remains a calm and quiet environment to enjoy fishing off the deep water dock, watersports, and listening to the loons call from the hammock at the shore. Guest access Guests have full access to the main house, dock, and beach. The property is owner occupied so you may see our son but he will only be passing through when we have guests. Our son keeps his boat on the dock or on the smaller mooring based on the conditions on the lake. If the weather is rough, please keep any boats on the mooring or beach them. Other things to note This year, this is an owner occupied property during the second half of the summer. Our son will be in residence in the garage apartment. He will park his vehicle up out of the way so you have plenty of parking.
