Relax on the furnished balcony and watch the sunset over the Gulf waters and the enticing pool deck and then test your culinary skills on the complex grill deck or inside the large well equipped kitchen. Beach Resort enjoys a very coveted location set along the beach road viewing the Gulf of Mexico. Watch the sun shine and the stars twinkle over the rare emerald waters anytime the mood strikes. Stroll along the paved walkway that hugs the beach and leads to delicious eateries and beach shops. Or unwind amongst the palms of Beach Resort on the spacious pool deck with a hot tub, shaded lounge chairs and mushroom fountain in the pool. Plus, championship golf courses and two very popular outdoor malls are only a few minutes away by car. This property comes with 2 parking spaces. We do not rent to anyone under 25. Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays. No pets allowed Property rules state: no RV's or trailers of any kind are allowed to be parked in the community parking area.
