Charming vacation home on scenic 7 acres of pine filled property with Round Lake access, sleeps 8. The property is located on Round Lake, a few minutes peaceful walk through beautiful pines to the shore, the house is NOT right on the lake. Please take a moment to view the exact location of the guest house on the aerial photo of paths and access road, the house is on M119. Located right between beautiful resort towns of Harbor Springs and Petoskey. The space Bike trail connecting Petoskey, Charlevoix, Harbor Springs and Mackinaw City is accessed directly across the street, use crosswalk near Petoskey Brewery during busy summer season and busy color season. Walking distance to grocery store, health food store, restaurants, health club, brewery, bakery, bowling, fishing and free boat launch to Round Lake, nature preserves and more. Minutes away from the best skiing and golf in the area. ¼ mile to beautiful sandy Lake Michigan beach at Petoskey State Park, a day pass is required for vehicles. Three bedrooms + pull out couch. Bedroom 1: one queen bed, bedroom 2: one queen bed, bedroom 3: two twin beds. One full bathroom with shower. Washer and dryer. Fire pit and outdoor seating behind house. Provided are dish soap, laundry detergent, bath soaps, toilet paper, paper towel, coffee maker, filters and coffee. Linens including sheets and towels are provided, please bring your own beach towels. We do allow non-aggressive breeds of dogs. You MUST add your dog to the reservation and let us know what breed. Thank you! Guest access The entire house, backyard, fire pit and 7 acres of pine woods and waterfront is for your use. Guests in other units share the woods and waterfront. Other things to note We require that you add the names of all adults to your reservation, thank you! This is a family friendly resort that allows dogs, for $75 per stay with the very strict exception of aggressive breeds. Please pick up after every single outing, and keep them leashed at all times outdoors. There is an off leash dog pen near the lake. You MUST list your dog in the reservation and let us know in advance, what breed. Thank you! For the safety of our guests and the safety of our homes, we have external security cameras monitoring incoming traffic on each driveway. They are mainly pointed at the driveway areas and not the homes. There is also a security camera down at the lakefront beach area for safety.
