The space - Large front covered porch with a sectional outdoor sofa and two chairs (perfect for watching the sun glisten on the water through the trees) - Fire pit area with 4 Adirondack chairs (stocked with firewood for your use) - 2 kayaks, 1 paddle board, and 1 canoe included (stored under front porch), including paddles and life jackets . . . just a short walk down Sunset Ct past a few houses to reach the lake and put in - 9' ceilings throughout the main level - Fully stocked eat-in kitchen with full-size fridge/ freezer, oven/ stove, microwave, dishwasher, Keurig coffee station (stocked with coffee K-cups, tea K-cups, sweeteners, and cream), toaster, crock pot, blender, cookware, bakeware, etc. (and of course plates, bowls, cups, mugs, and silverware) - Table that seats 4 - Living room with soaring ceiling, couch, coffee table (with a secret compartment for working puzzles), and two chairs - Main-level private bedroom with a queen-size bed - Main-level twin bunks - Main-level laundry room with combo washer/ dryer and iron/ ironing board - Main-level full bath with shower - stocked with towels, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, cotton swabs, cotton balls, and a hair dryer - Full-height staircase with oak treads to the second level - Upstairs bedroom with a double bed - Upstairs loft with a desk, game table (with checkers), and couch Guest access Guests will have access to the entire home.
