This beautiful cottage offers everything for a comfortable and relaxing stay, perfect for families or groups of friends. With 3 bedrooms, including one with an extra sofa bed, a maximum of 8 guests can stay comfortably. The house has all the modern comforts: dishwasher, induction hob, washing machine and dryer. In addition, there are 2 luxury bathrooms and 2 toilets, ideal for larger groups. Enjoy extra luxury and relaxation in the cottage's own sauna or wood-fired hot tub. For even more pampering, you can visit the adjacent Hotel de Werelt to swim, exercise or dine extensively (note: opening hours and days vary, feel free to ask for the current times). The cottage is completely independent, separate from the hotel. The rooms are finished with care and radiate a sense of luxury. The garden and cozy seating areas complete the stay, so you can relax to the fullest or spend quality time together. On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to check out by 11 a.m. so that we can prepare the accommodation for the next guests. Rest & Respect To ensure a good night's sleep for everyone, we ask that you keep the noise level down between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m. A calm and relaxed atmosphere is important to all of us. Visitors For your safety and that of other guests, only registered guests are allowed to enter the accommodation. We ask that you do not invite visitors without prior permission from us. Drug policy The use of drugs is strictly prohibited in and around the property. Smoking Our accommodation is equipped with smoke detectors. To keep the space pleasant for everyone, smoking indoors is not allowed. In case of violation, we will charge a fine of €250. Parties & Events Our accommodation is a place to relax, not to party. Large groups or events are not allowed. In the event of nuisance or complaints, we are forced to take measures.
