This room is ideal for lunch or a small coffee in its living room side, you will be there both inside and out with a lovely view of the garden and the sea below. It is the privileged room for all vacationers in summer and mid-season. You will find on the ground floor in addition to the living room a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom, separate toilet and a separate laundry room. The Presqu'île de Saint-Jacut has 12 beaches , a port, 1 school of sailing, 1 kitesurfing school, and windsurfing. Access to the Ebihens Islands is a real nature walk at low tide, and a great spot for fishing enthusiasts on foot.
