We proudly welcome an exceptional property located on the 2nd floor, accessible by lift. Upon entering, one will be greeted with a spacious, sunny and cosy kitchen/living/dining area. The ultra-modern kitchen boasts built-in appliances, including a fridge-freezer, coffee machine, dishwasher, microwave, oven, and more! There are two generously sized bedrooms, one with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower cubicle, and the other with twin beds and a full family bathroom with a bathtub (not en-suite). With wall-hung air conditioners in both bedrooms and the living/kitchen area, one will be comfortable all year round. The main attraction of this property is its L-shaped terrace, which features an outdoor jacuzzi - a rarity in the bustling city. The terrace includes sun loungers and a lounge area, while another terrace offers a spacious outdoor dining area with a gas BBQ. This is a perfect space to host al fresco dinners at night or enjoy lunch during the day. Additionally, the apartment comes with free Wi-Fi and a smart TV for one’s entertainment. Please note that the a/cs run on a separate coin meter, which needs to be topped up with 1 euro or 2 euro coins, which are not included in the free credit provided for the stay. Each unit costs 15 cents. Optional private parking space within the same Complex at an extra fee of 20euro a night not included in the rental price. Guest access Access to all the area of the property. The whole property will be rented, the property is private and not shared with any other tenants. Other things to note Due to cleaning necessities the check-in time for the apartments is generally 3.00pm and the check-out is at 10.00am however if there are no arrivals on the same day the apartment can be kept for longer. Please not that for the weekly price the property includes basic utilities as per below: - 150KWh- for 2 bedroom apartment Please note that the a/cs run on a separate coin meter, which needs to be topped up with 1 euro or 2 euro coins, which are not included in the free credit provided for the stay. Each unit costs 15 cents. Also please note that when the monthly rate is selected, the price is NOT inclusive of any utilities. Those would be paid for as much as one consumes. Water is charged at a flat rate of 1.10c per day while electricity it is charged at 35c per kWh paid as much as consumed. The payment has to be settled on check in. Cleaning of the property prior the arrival and after departure is included in the price. Any extra cleaning during accommodation will incur extra charges. Two sets of towels per person and one set of linen per bed is also provided by us, then it is up to one's discrepancy to wash them as much often as desired. Please note that the rental price does not include the Environmental Contribution tax, introduced on June 2016 amounting to €0.50c per night up to a maximum of €5 for each continuous stay in the Maltese Islands. This applies for 18-year-old and older.
