Le Wapi, an exceptional place 1 hour from Paris, consisting of about fifteen atypical rooms, each representing a place in the world. Designed to accommodate training, photo shoots, and filming and "conscious" celebration. On a wooded plot of 2500 m2 and with 320 m2 of space, the Wapi can accommodate 30 people in the main house, the Yurt and annex. the Wapi provides a kitchen, 3 bathrooms, a swimming pool/hammam, a lodge, an office, a laundry room and an alternative garage. The space The Wapi is located in Lagerville, a small hamlet of Chaintreaux with a few neighbors. No outdoor speakers, no use of portable sound systems after midnight. Speakers are arranged in the living room and the pool to allow you to have a suitable musical atmosphere. The sound system in the alternative garage has been replaced by connected headphones, allowing you to enjoy music at the volume you want and wherever you are in the Wapi until the end of the night without disturbing the neighborhood. Guest access Guests can access the entire property except for the two small maisonettes. Indeed, these are residential areas that are occupied. Other things to note A deposit check of 700 euros is requested and will be destroyed one week after noting that there is nothing damaged or deteriorated. For items that have a value of less than 20 euros (glass, dishes), in case of breakage, they are not counted. We can offer accommodation solutions if you are more than 20 people.
