This property is a wonderful base from which you can explore Wiltshire and the Cotswolds. The Wiltshire town of Devizes is easily accessible and offers a good selection of pubs, cafes and shops. Set within the Avonvale adjacent to the chalk downlands of Salisbury Plain, there are an abundance of picturesque routes suitable for walking and riding through this verdant landscape. The space Whatever the weather you are sure to find much to keep you entertained with many attractions worth a visit, including, Longleat, Lacock, Stourhead, Marlborough, Salisbury and the World Heritage sites of Stonehenge and Bath. Upon entering the beautiful single-storey accommodation, you are welcomed into the bright and airy, well-equipped kitchen with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and washer/dryer, a great space to prepare a meal or lazy breakfast. Leading through to the lounge/diner, which has a high ceiling and exposed beams from the original barn. The lounge area is the perfect space to relax after a day of exploring and watch your favourite movie on the SkyTV with basic package and DVD, or just snuggle up in front of the wood burner effect gas fire. When enjoying your meal in the dining area, open the French doors and let the outside in. Take the door in the lounge/dining area through to the stylish king-size bedroom where you can enjoy a good night’s sleep. Completing the accommodation is the contemporary shower room with shower and WC. Venturing outside there is a small, enclosed, gravelled area with garden furniture and a charcoal BBQ, a perfect space to relax and enjoy a spot of al fresco dining.
