Mini House "cabin" style, cozy and comfortable, ideal for couples and small families with children, natural light and large windows with mosquito netting and curtains, fans on both floors, a small kitchen with 2-burner gas stove, utensils and basic cooking utensils. 01 Bathroom with hot water on the first floor. On the second floor 01 TV with cable, and 03 single beds. Surrounded by nature. 13 blocks in a straight line from Plaza de Tarapoto and 5 minutes by car. The space La Casita is furnished: In the kitchen area there is 01 gas kitchen of two ovens, 01 minibar and 01 microwave oven, 01 table with 4 chairs, cupboards and laundry. It has 2 bedrooms: One on the 1st floor with double bed, candlesticks and wardrobe, the second on the 2nd floor has three single beds, a comfortable sofa bed, a TV with cable, wardrobe, candy, curtains and blinds. The duplex features a shared bathroom on the first floor, with hot water. On the outside, there is a lobby or rest room, with tables, hammocks and chairs to rest close to nature, it is surrounded by green areas with fruit trees such as: soursop, noni, bananas, etc. Guest access The entrance to the building is shared, with a long passageway that overlooks the back area and the garden where the Casita is. There is a laundry area, a lobby for rest, and an orchard with fruit trees that are shared areas. In the lobby there are mecedoras and hammocks for a pleasant rest. The orchard is apparent for conversation in starlight. In the orchard there are two Casitas next to each other, they may share common spaces with other guests. Other things to note The view of the Tarapotino sky is beautiful at sunrise, at sunset...you will hear the singing of the birds that fly through the surrounding trees. We have an old dog named Zamba who has her space separate, as the huerta is large, it is docile, not usually bulla except a few nights that some neighboring cat sees and gets to bark :(
