Mini "cabin" style house, cozy and comfortable, ideal for couples and small families with children, natural light and large windows with mosquito netting and curtains, fans on both floors, a small dining kitchen with 2 burner gas stove, utensils and basic cooking utensils. One bathroom with hot water on the first floor. On the second floor, 01 cable TV, and 03 single beds. Surrounded by nature. 13 blocks in a straight line from Plaza de Tarapoto and 5 minutes by car. The space The Casita is furnished: In the kitchen area there is 01 two-burner gas stove, 01 minibar and 01 microwave oven, 01 table with 4 chairs, cupboards and laundry room. It has 2 bedrooms: One on the 1st floor with a double bed, nightstands and a wardrobe, the second on the 2nd floor has three single beds, a comfortable sofa bed, a cable TV, a wardrobe, a nightstand, curtains and blinds. The duplex has a shared bathroom on the first floor, with hot water. Outside, there is a hall or rest room, with tables, hammocks and chairs to rest near nature, it is surrounded by green areas with fruit trees such as: soursop, noni, bananas, etc. Guest access The entrance to the property is shared, with a long passage that leads to the back area and the garden where the Casita is located. There is a laundry area, a hall to rest and a garden with fruit trees that are shared areas. In the hall there are rocking chairs and hammocks for a pleasant rest. The garden is open to talk in the starlight. In the garden there are two little houses next to each other, you can share common spaces with other guests. Other things to note The view of the Tarapotino sky is beautiful at sunrise, at sunset...you will hear the singing of the birds that fly through the surrounding trees. We have an elderly dog named Zamba who has her own separate space, because the garden is large. She is docile, she does not usually make noise except some nights when she sees a neighboring cat and starts barking :(
