On the first level there is a spacious living/dining area with an open, fully equipped kitchen and the staircase to the beautiful roof terrace with fantastic views over all of Annaberg. Furthermore, on this level there is a bedroom with a single bed as well as a beautiful daylight bathroom with a corner bathtub and other comforts. Via a spiral staircase you can reach the second level, consisting of a second, small daylight bathroom, the gallery with toys for the little guests as well as 2 bedrooms with 2 beds each. Another sleeping accommodation can be created on the sofa bed in the living area. A separate basement room for parking bicycles, ski equipment and suitcases on arrival and departure can also be provided. A carport parking space is located right in front of the house.
