Residing in the Pettaquamscutt neighborhood, this home is centrally located between Narragansett's beautiful beaches and the vibrant Jamestown and Newport locations! This home is clean and affordable making it the perfect spot for a vacation with family and friends! As an added bonus, guests will be reimbursed for the purchase of a Seasonal Rhode Island State Beach pass for one vehicle! The space Guests are able to enjoy the peace and tranquility of the quiet area, while also being just a short drive to many of the surrounding attractions! Equipped with two bedrooms upstairs (both queen beds), two bedrooms downstairs (a queen and a full), and a full bathroom on each floor, this home offers ample space for a group of 8 guests. The private backyard is great for the kiddos to play, and enjoying a BBQ on the gas grill/outdoor seating area! Other things to note Bed sheets, bath towel sets, hand towels, kitchen towels, and bathmats will be delivered to your rental's doorstep in a large linen bag. Each item is individually packaged in plastic to ensure you receive a fresh set for your stay. As the guest, you are responsible for making the beds. This is an intentional part of our process to provide reassurance around the cleanliness and handling of your linens. For your convenience, starter supplies are also provided. These include, at minimum: one roll of paper towels, one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, shampoo and conditioner sets, one dishwasher pod, one laundry pod, three trash bags, a new sponge, and small bars of hand soap in each bathroom.
