Enjoy the comfort of this quiet, centrally-located place to stay. Located in the heart of the Tec district. A very comfortable place, with everything you need for a happy stay. Surrounded by restaurants, cafes, museums, squares, parks, and much more! The space Apartment "B" is located on the second floor and can accommodate up to two people. The mattress and pillows we have in the room will make you feel like you're in a 5-star hotel. If you feel like cooking at home, the kitchen is fully stocked so you can prepare your favorite dishes. You will find a Nespresso coffee machine with complimentary capsules to enjoy a good coffee in the morning. The apartment has a dedicated gas boiler so you'll always have hot water instantly. Guest access When you arrive at apartment "B", we will provide you with a code to open the lockbox containing the key to the building's front door. The apartment has a smart lock for which we will give you an exclusive access code. Please don't forget to leave the key back in the lockbox before you leave. It's important that you respect the common areas and hallways, as they are reserved for residents. Other things to note To ensure a quiet atmosphere in our neighborhood, please avoid smoking in any area of the house, and reduce noise after 10 pm.
