Drivers must have a valid driver s license. No off-road tires allowed Usage Restrictions: For street use only. No use on bicycle paths, walking paths, golf course cart paths, boardwalks, or beaches. Follow SIPOA vehicle and parking rules. Safety Requirements: SC seat belt laws apply to all occupants. Child seats are a must.
