Beautifully renovated home with a good balance of indoor/outdoor living. This 5 acre property includes an amazing hot tub deck with views of the canyon. Enjoy hikes around the land and to the creek. Spacious and private retreat in an ideal location. The space Our open plan living area is great for entertaining and the kitchen has concrete counter tops and plenty of room. We have used it before as a yoga retreat as it is a beautiful and secluded place. Outdoor dining in the summer on the deck or just laying in the hammock as the sun goes down. Our 3 bedroom home has 1 king bed, 1 queen, 2 double beds. Also available is a double futon and 2 air beds. A bathroom downstairs and a second bathroom upstairs in the queen bedroom Guest access Guests will have access to the full 3 bedroom home with spacious entertaining open plan kitchen and living room. We have a beautiful covered deck with plenty of lounge areas and a separate hot tub deck on the hillside. There are trails around the 5 acre property that include creek access. There is a $100 pet fee Other things to note It can be tricky to find especially if it's dark. Here are directions from Sutter Creek. As you enter Sutter creek take a right on church road at the church which turns into Sutter creek/Volcano road. Go 5 miles or 7 minutes and you will pass lyons park on your right, open space next to creek and on passing it you will take the next right at mailboxes. This is Valley bottom road. Go over bridge and stay left on road and its turns to dirt and stay left up a short hill and you will see red gates. It is approximately 1/2 miles from bridge to gate. Upon arrival, you will find a booklet filled with all pertinent information regarding your stay. Enjoy!
