Les Crêtes (Chalet with a View) welcomes you for unique moments with family or friends in La Bresse. The chalet, individual and fully equipped, featuring two bathrooms and 4 bedrooms, comfortably accommodates 6 adults and 3 children. A pedestrian access leads to the heart of the village and all its amenities in 10 minutes. Large terrace facing East ensuring sunlight all year round. Enjoy the numerous outdoor activities, both in summer and winter, offered by La Bresse and the Vosges. The space Les Crêtes (Chalet with a View) is a newly built individual chalet (constructed in 2023), designed to accommodate families or friends seeking a cozy setting amidst the Vosges nature. The chalet, through its construction and features, emphasizes craftsmanship and local products. It meets the latest standards in terms of environmental impact (heating/air conditioning using heat pumps in each room and optimal insulation). The bedding is new and of hotel quality, and the provided bed linen is locally sourced. Bath/toilet towels, hand towels, rags and tea towels are also provided. The chalet comprises, on the ground floor, an open-plan kitchen leading to a dining area and a living room with an open kitchen that opens onto a large south-facing panoramic terrace : large table with parasol + garden furniture & barbecue. A separate toilet, a bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a first bedroom (Queen Size bed 160x200) complete this ground floor. A staircase leads to the upper floor where the other three bedrooms are located: two with double beds (Queen Size 160x200) and a third with a cabin dormitory consisting of three beds (90x200). One of the bedrooms includes a desk area. The chalet is equipped with high-speed internet connectivity and Wi-Fi coverage. The living room and three bedrooms are equipped with a smart television with access to TNT and a 'AirPlay' system. A baby bed, a changing table, a baby bath, toilet booster seats and a high chair are available on request. Also available in the chalet: Oven, microwave oven, refrigerator with freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, dryer, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, clothes drying rack, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle, raclette machine, board games, games and toys for children, DVD player, first aid kit, BBQ ... A charging station for electric vehicles is available (Type 2 - 7.4 kW) upon request and for an additional fee. Up to three vehicles can be parked next to the chalet. A secure storage area next to the chalet will allow you to store your ski equipment after returning from the slopes or your bicycles. The chalet is equipped with all the necessary amenities for your comfort. The chalet is ideally located: - La Bresse is easily accessible by car in 2 minutes or on foot via a trail at the foot of the chalet (10 minutes). - Gerardmer is a 15-minute drive away, and the La Bresse-Hohneck ski slopes are 10 minutes away. - The villages of the Alsace wine route and Colmar are about a 1-hour drive away. - Strasbourg is approximately a 2-hour drive away. The region offers multiple activities such as road cycling, mountain biking, trail running, hiking, paragliding in summer, and of course, downhill, cross-country or hiking skiing, dog sledding, and sledding in winter. A free shuttle is available to take you to the slopes from the center of La Bresse during school holidays and weekends. Other things to note Special attention in case of snow. It is highly recommended to have snow tires and/or chains. The path leading to the parking area is sloped and can become slippery and difficult to navigate without proper equipment.
