Situated In The Heart Of Swindon Town Centre and close to shops, malls and the designer outlet, and other interesting places Perfect place to relax, have fun and quality time with large families, friends, work colleagues, professionals and contractors with the surety of experiencing peaceful stay.PERSTIO The space OUR RESIDENTIAL GARAGE IS CURRENTLY NOT IN USE DUE TO DAMAGES HOWEVER We provide PARKING PERMITS for On-Street Parking for a Maximum of ONE vehicle during your stay. PLEASE NOTE YOU WILL NEED TO SUPPLY US WITH YOUR VEHICLES REGISTRATION DETAILS TO ISSUE YOUR PERMIT. (THIS IS IMPERATIVE) OVERNIGHT PARKING is Free from 22:00 till 08:00. There are also nearby car parks at your cost should you require to park more cars. PLEASE NOTE THAT WE ARE ONE OF THE FEW THAT CAN OFFER FREE CAR PARKING IN THIS AREA OF THE TOWN CENTRE. Beanie’s @LornStreet is a stunning house with a beautiful and well-set-up Living room area that is brilliantly furnished. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the necessary kits and amenities that you would need during your stay, with plenty of dinnerware and silverware enough for 5 guests. There are 3 double bedrooms out of which one of the 3 rooms is an Extra Large Double Bedroom, which are beautifully designed and tranquil spaces to make you feel very much comfortable at home during your stay. Bedroom 3 is a decent single bedroom beautifully equipped with a single bed and bedside table and lamp and a wardrobe. The bathroom is very modern and has a powerful shower, hand wash basin, a bathtub, a bidet, and a toilet. The apartment is spotlessly clean; providing extra comfort to our guests. Guest access Guest Access: Beanie’s @LorneStreet is an end-terraced house situated at the end/beginning of the street. Outside of the property entrance, there is a key safe provided to aid self-check-ins. There is also a front and back door CCTV camera system for your added security. Other things to note EMERGENCY AND FIRE PROCEDURES: Should you discover a fire or an accident, please call for help by dialling 999 for emergency services. In the event of a fire, leave the building immediately by the nearest exit. Your nearest exit is indicated on the diagram on the reverse of the property’s front door. Do NOT re-enter the building until authorised to do so. If there is smoke, cover your nose and mouth with a damp cloth and try and crawl along to your nearest exit, closing doors where possible to prevent the smoke and fire from spreading. Please note the supplied fire blanket within the property is not to be used on any electrical fires. It is only to be used on small pan fires such as saucepans and frying pans. If a small fire occurs, there are fire extinguishers available in designated areas of the service accommodation for immediate intervention, and please contact the Hosts immediately. Please ensure you take the necessary precautions in the event of a fire. ASSEMBLY POINT: The assembly point is at the front of the building across the road, please look before crossing the road. Please wait here until you receive confirmation that you can re-enter the building. Please note that Departure after 10:00 AM up to 12:00 PM will incur an extra 25% cost of the nightly charge. Departures after 12:00 PM will be charged the full nightly rate. If you know you will require a late departure, please arrange this with the Hosts directly. Keys: Please always keep the property keys with you during your stay. The code to the safe will be sent to you once your booking has been completed, and prior to your arrival at the property. Lost keys will be charged at £100 + VAT. Security: Please make sure that you close/lock all windows and lock the property doors when leaving the property. If you feel threatened in the property at any time please contact emergency services first for immediate support to ensure your safety, then contact the Hosts as well. The Hosts: our team are always available to answer any questions that you may have as soon as possible. You can contact us via the app or by phone. Damages: Guests are responsible for all the equipment in the apartment during their stay and any fault detected must be reported upon arrival. Additionally, If you notice that something is missing, not working properly or broken, please let us know. If any damage is caused by the guest, please contact the Hosts immediately. Wi-Fi information: The property is equipped with free Wi-Fi service provision for all guests during their stay. We ask that you please use this internet access respectfully and based on our Terms and Conditions whilst connected to our server. You will be provided with WIFI username and password during your stay. Television: The TV is set on Standby in your property. To switch on the TV use the remote control. We have a Smart TV installed with necessary Apps. Please note that NETFLIX is Free for your use. When you log in to Netflix, click on Beanie’s profile to watch. The TV remote can be found on the coffee table. Smoking: Please note and adhere to the strict rules that smoking is NOT permitted inside the property at all. There will be a fee of £200 for anyone suspected or reported smoking. There are 2 designated smoking areas in the property during your stay. 1. PROPERTY MAIN ENTRANCE. 2. ENCLOSED GARDEN AREA You can SMOKE outside, in front of the PROPERTY MAIN ENTRANCE. Otherwise, Please walk through the kitchen back door where you can smoke in the ENCLOSED GARDEN AREA. Please ensure that you quench your cigarette and trash your cigarette wastes in the ASHTRAYS provided to eliminate the risks of firebreaks. Please ensure the ENTRANCE DOORS are always closed when you smoke. Please note that these are the ONLY DESIGNATED AREAS where you can smoke during you stay. Cleaning/Housekeeping: We operate regular housekeeping and cleaning service before and after each stay duration. This includes general house cleaning, new duvets, sheets, linen, and towels and the property to have a full wipe down. However, should the property require an additional cleaning, cleaning products are provided unders the kitchen sink for your use. Washer Dryer machine, soaps, Mop buckets and Vacuum cleaner including other cleaning materials are provided. Please contact the Hosts should you require any more cleaning products during your stay. Bin Store: General waste and recycling bins are provided in the kitchen. They have been clearly labelled for easy use. Please ensure that all general waste is removed and placed in the black bin provided in front of the house. There are also orange waste boxes; one provided for cardboard and paper, and the other for tins and glasses. Please store food in the refrigerator using containers in the cupboards. Please do the same with your spices and other consumables. Please place sanitary items in the bin provided and do not flush them down the toilet. Should your bins be full during your stay, please deposit your full bin bags in the black bin in the main entrance of the house. There are 4 bins in the Kitchen. These bins are labelled with what goes inside them to adhere to recycling policies. Environment: We are always conscious of being environmentally friendly whenever possible. Please help protect the environment by switching off the heating, lights and other electric appliances when not in use as well as turning off the taps to prevent water damage and wastage. Appliances: Manual for all appliances are kept in the living room under the coffee table. If you are unsure how to use any of the appliances, please refer to the how-to guide at the back of this booklet. If you are still unsure, then please contact the Hosts. Please find instructions for your appliances below. If you are unsure on how to use any of your appliances, please follow the steps below before contacting the Hosts. Appliances information KETTLE: 1. Fill kettle with cold water ONLY - do not overfill. 2. Ensure the kettle is plugged in and switched ON. 3. Push the 'ON' button down on the kettle. 4. Kettle will automatically switch off when water is boiled. Toaster: 1. Ensure the toaster is plugged in and the switch is ON 2. Select the desired level of browning by selecting a control number from 1 to 6. 3. Place the bread in the slots and depress the bread carriage lever downwards until it locks. 4. The bread will automatically pop up ready for removal from the toaster once the desired browning level has been completed. IRON: 1. Plug in the iron and switch it on at the plug socket. 2. Set the temperature to the requested level. 3. Once the iron has reached the selected temperature the neon light will go out 4. This light will go on and off when using the iron in order that the selected heat level is maintained. COOKER: 1. Turn the knob clockwise to select the method of cooking, e.g. Grill - Fan Oven - Convection cooking: Turn the Gas Hob and hold it in to light the gas cooker. 1. Select temperature 50° - 250'C for convection & fan oven 1, 2, or 3 for grilling 2. When cooking is complete, turn the dial to the 'Off' position. MICROWAVE: THE MICROWAVE AUTOMATICALLY COOKS ON FULL POWER UNLESS YOU CHANGE THIS USING THE POWER BUTTON 1. Set the duration using the buttons on the microwave, 2. Press the Start button. 3. The display will countdown in seconds and the microwave will indicate when complete. 4. Press Stop to finish cooking at any time. WASHING MACHINE: 1. Ensure you turn on the washer Dryer machine. 2. Open the door by pulling the catch outward. Load the washing and close the door. 3. Pull out the dispenser drawer until it stops. Pour detergent into compartment for the main wash. (Pour into the compartment '"' only if a pre-wash is required). If required, pour fabric conditioner into the compartment marked. Do not exceed the 'max' mark on draw. Close drawer 4. Select the required programme. Turn the programme selector dial clockwise to the selected programme. THE KNOB ON THE MACHINE CAN BE USED TO GET THE PREFERRED SETTINGS, TEMPERATURE AND EXTRA ACTIONS LIKE QUICK WASH SETTINGS. 1. Start the washing programme by pressing the start/play button on the right. 2. The machine will stop automatically when done. 3. The door is controlled by a safety device which automatically releases few minutes after the end of the programme. The door can be opened once the door light switches off. 4. Switch machine off by turning the programme selector back to OFF position. THIS WASHING MACHINE COMES WITH A DRYER AND DRYER SETTINGS.
