Quiet Guesthouse

Our 600sqft guesthouse has an airy feel and full of natural light for a peaceful stay while exploring Exeter and Greater Seacoast area. Located in our backyard, with a quiet neighborhood, great for remote work and/or a relaxing getaway. We have fast-speed internet, a desk with office chair, and Roku (sign into your accounts to watch TV apps). Our bedding is 100% Organic cotton sheets: Standard 100 by OEKO-TEX® certified, made without the use of harmful chemicals or pesticides. The space This is a 2-bedroom, 1-bath guesthouse with full kitchen, washer/dryer in-unit, and airy/open feel with natural light. There is a heat pump for AC/Heat. Wifi that can be used to work remote or general need. TV with Roku(will need to sign into your account to use). The first bedroom has a queen bed and the second has a twin bed. Guest access You have access to the entire guesthouse Other things to note **We are a strict NON-SMOKING property. No Smoking inside or outside within the property.
