It is not in a subdivision and there are no houses on either side of me here which makes it unique and secluded, but I don't have a paved driveway. It is a grassy lane and some gravel to park on (picture of parking area in photos) It's remote but still only 5 miles to downtown and centrally located to major cities. I may be present on one side of the home Usually in November to May so please abide by quiet time and be kind enough not to slam doors etc while I'm here. Great for the nature/country lovers who are sick of the usual touristy places and want the road less traveled experience of historic old Florida with its flora and fauna year round You can still be an hour from Disney but do things like airboat tours to see gators ;) And go hiking or biking on the local trails (bring hiking boots for sugar sand!) or fishing in the many spring fed lakes Visit Bok Tower gardens to do lunch or go to Kissimmee State Park and launch a boat to see gators /birds or bike trails memory foam mattress for your comfort The large back porch is covered for shade and has a table w/2 chairs, Grandfather oaks for shade and wild birds and sunsets on view from back porch Smart tv w/Amazon prime movies with the high speed WiFi connection Once you book, I send more info on checkin and directions Guest access Yours is a private bedroom and bathroom blocked off from other areas of house . You will have use of the entire back porch where your private entrance to the room is located. There is a dining table and chairs to eat or relax I may be staying on the other side of the house but there are no shared spaces in this room and bathroom . The back porch is yours alone. Your Parking space is to left of house for easy access to room see picture in photos Please note: jacuzzi tub no use to conserve well water No fishing -private lake belongs to neighborhood owners only During your stay I can be messaged easily and very responsive but not past 10 pm I tend to stay to myself mostly unless I'm doing yardwork so you may not even see me Some guests only stay a night and That’s ok I just appreciate your communication of your check in/out to manage the cleaning between Other things to note window AC to be kept at 72 you agree to these rules on booking! please turn off when you leave! Heat on at 68 the lake is a private lake for neighbors only so no fishing Or boating in it ! no use of jacuzzi tub to conserve water!
