The living room is airy and open, with a high, dramatically slanted ceiling with exposed joists, architectural cable-rail staircase and three large sliding glass doors leading to a sunny deck on the top floor. Two large deck umbrellas will keep you shaded when the sun gets hot during the day. Right off the living room, the dining area also has an extendable table for 12. The newly built stainless steel chef's kitchen comes with white quartz countertops and a 64" massive refrigerator and freezer that will allow you to stock up for your stay. Other things to note Ocean Bay Park is a family community. We rent only to families, not to unrelated adults. No loud parties, or music that can disturb the neighbors is allowed. An excessive noise detection system is installed and active during quiet hours. We have a camera installed on the outside of the property for security and to see the ocean when we're feeling disconnected. There is a 5.5% hotel tax that is required and charged separately of the cost listed when instant-booking and shown in checkout.
