The space ENTIRE HOME: The house is fully air conditioned with split units (Living/Dining room, all 3 bedrooms). Free Wi-Fi available throughout the house. Beach towels, Bath towels, Beach chairs and Coolers provided. BEDROOMS: 3 bedrooms. 4 Superior quality mattresses (2 kings + 2 singles), plush pillows, and tons of closet space. Each bedroom has its own TV. BATHROOMS: 3 full bathrooms. Fully supplied with essential toiletries like bath gel, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, and hairdryer. PRIVATE POOL: Private backyard area with pool, outdoor dining, sun loungers, BBQ Grill. Outdoor gazebo area if you want to enjoy the Aruba Breeze and relax! We ask that you please respect the other neighbors and be considerate of noise. Other things to note ILLEGAL ACTIVITIES: No illegal activities allowed at our property. PARTIES/SOCIAL EVENTS: No parties allowed. This home is a residential neighborhood, quiet hour is home 10:00pm to 7:00am. SMOKING: No smoking allowed inside our home, however smoking OUTSIDE is no problem at all, please use an ashtray. NUMBER OF GUESTS: Only the number of people in your booking are allowed in the home. Please make sure to include in the reservation the correct number of guests staying. By booking this home, you are staying in a privately owned home by choice and not in a hotel. Staying in a house means we do not have hotel amenities. Please have some patience since any repairs or replacement of broken items need to be scheduled within office hours because they are done by companies outside of ours. We do not have staff present around the clock, so if 24 hour service is what you are expecting, a hotel might be the best choice for you. Regardless of not being a hotel, we will assist 24/7 with emergencies but we kindly ask you to report any less urgent problems or ask any questions as much as possible during office hours.
