Please note that the front house is occupied by long-term friendly tenants who have priority access to the parking directly in front of the garage. We strive to ensure a comfortable and respectful environment for all guests, with each space thoughtfully designed to maintain privacy. We welcome traveling nurses, construction workers, and other professionals in town for work. Guest access This unit is situated at the rear of the property. To access it from the front of the main house, enter through the wooden gate on the left. Proceed straight ahead and pass through the second wooden gate directly in front of you. The entrance to the unit will be on your right, just beyond this gate, in the patio area. Other things to note 2 pet maximum. There is a $75 extra fee for a second pet. We have a designated pet relief area between the shed and the property (images provided in listing). Note: For your safety and security we have outdoor security cameras located at the front of the property facing the street and in the patio area located near front door. These cameras monitor entry points and are not placed inside home.
