Guest access Access everywhere in house except basement is free range. Other things to note ••• NO SMOKING IN HOME! See house rules! We do have security cameras for outside only. They are there for your protection as well as ours. Please note, they do record with voice and or motion. One at front door, one out back facing yard and parking. If you book for a month stay, please note if house is not in same order (cleanliness) as when arrived, you could be charged up to $500 for extra cleaning fee. No fireworks of any kind allowed ❄️ during inclement weather, we will have a shovel and rock salt available for you to use, but we will get there as soon as we can to shovel.
