A small and quiet accommodation, ideal for resting and enjoying Villa de Leyva at your own pace. Only two independent houses, surrounded by a garden, without large groups or events. Careful design, cozy atmosphere and a practical location: close to downtown but away from noise. Perfect for couples, small families, and travelers who value calm, nature, and authenticity. The space The property has three separate units: our house and two guest houses (one for 5 people and one for 2). They only share the parking lot, garden and kiosk with barbecue and hammocks. The house consists of a living room, dining room-kitchen, auxiliary bathroom and patio on the first floor; two bedrooms (one with a balcony) and a bathroom on the second floor. Guest access Guests have access to their private cottage and common areas: garden, parking and kiosk with hammocks and BBQ. Each space is designed to ensure privacy, silence, and rest. Other things to note We are just 800 meters from the Plaza Mayor of Villa de Leyva, a flat and pleasant walk of 10–15 minutes. From here, it's easy to visit restaurants, museums, and shops on foot, and at the same time return to a quiet and relaxed environment. For those who prefer the car, there is free public parking two minutes from the house and quick access to the surroundings of Villa de Leyva.
