THE ACCOMMODATION: 43 m2 apartment completely renovated and refurbished. It is located on the 2nd and top floor without elevator (first staircase a little steep) of a small condominium in a rather residential area and consists of a living room with open kitchen, a bedroom as well as a bathroom/toilet. The quality of the materials has been carefully and tastefully chosen so you can have a unique experience. The entire countertop as well as the dining table were custom made in marble (Quartzite Ocean). The window sills, bringing a unique touch, are made of solid oak. The TV cabinet is covered with a Carrara marble top as well as the bathroom sink countertop which is made of marble (Quartzite Ocean). The credenza as well as the dining table legs are made by a cold metallization technique based on brass pigments.
