The space The apartment has a "Chateau d'Ax" furnished bedroom with a comfortable double bed equipped with a brand new 5-layer memory mattress and waterfoam of different densities for maximum comfort and double memory-type pillows. On the wall of the room, right in front of the bed, a 50-inch QLed UHd 4K Smart TV with voice controls, integrated Wi-Fi and remote control with direct access to 9 contents including Amazon Prime Video, Netflix, YouTube, Disney+ and RaiPlay. The wardrobe is very large and the chest of drawers is equally spacious. Wonderful built-in kitchen fully equipped with innovative SMEG appliances including 5-burner stove, ventilated and multifunction oven, microwave and an original refractory stone pizza oven, in addition to the always useful and very quiet dishwasher. The dining table allows you to have lunch/dinner and at the same time watch the TV in the living room and, if desired, it can be completely folded away until it disappears. The living room is equipped with a comfortable corner sofa bed with integrated storage compartment containing bed linens, from which you can enjoy a 40-inch QLed UHd 4K Smart TV with voice controls, integrated Wi-Fi and remote control with direct access to 9 contents including Amazon Prime Video, Netflix, YouTube, Disney+ and RaiPlay. The office corner, on the other hand, has been furnished with a desk and bookcase both in sturdy solid wood and a comfortable armchair and has an internet connection with ultra-fast fiber, with ethernet socket and Wi-Fi. Great for those who, even on vacation, need to connect to the web for work or play. The warm and cozy bathroom is equipped with a luxurious and large shower, a bidet, a professional hairdryer and everything you need for cleaning and body care. The beautiful veranda opens directly onto the beach and is equipped with a large and fine teak table complete with 6 chairs that allows you to have breakfast and/or lunch/dinner lulled by the gentle sound of the waves and the enchanting view of the sea. On the veranda, there is also an elegant 3-seater teak sofa bench with comfortable cushions and extendable footrests to rest or read a good book in the unique atmosphere of this place. The romantic Old Lighthouse, the marina and the characteristic rocking of the fishermen are the backdrop to a breathtaking view that in the evening is colored with indescribable sunsets absolutely to be enjoyed from the veranda.
