We are located in a strategic position, in the center between Florence and Pisa, between Siena and Lucca! Villino Isotta is located in the charming village of Morrona, overlooking one of the most beautiful landscapes in Tuscany. Why choose us? simple, we are in a small characteristic Tuscan village, with us you taste the scents, colors and history of Tuscany!! We are in the center of the ancient village, but once inside Villino Isotta you immerse yourself in the greenery of our land!! We are the land of wine, we import wine all over the world, we have numerous wineries within a few kilometers. it is also possible to book experiences either inside the villa (dinners, cooking courses tasting wine and beer) or outside!!!!🤩 I'M EXPECTING YOU ----- INTERNAL Villino Isotta is a delightful house that with its external depandance can accommodate up to 16 people, although the number recommended for greater comfort is 10/12. It has 5 comfortable double bedrooms and three comfortable sofa beds for two, respectively located in a room , in a living room and in a kitchen. The large kitchen dining table is located under the hanging chandeliers as per Tuscan tradition. Both the bedrooms and the living rooms have satellite TV and air conditioning. Two controlled mechanical fans (vmc) are also installed for indoor air exchange. The 2 kitchens are equipped with an oven, hob (one with induction and the other gas) and a fridge. The large kitchen also has a dishwasher. Coffee maker, American coffee maker, microwave, juicer, electric kettle and everything you need to cook and set the table are also available. Dishwasher (1 indoor), washer and dryer are outside the apartments. An additional outdoor kitchenette ensures comfort in dinners under the patio! 3 bathrooms have toilet, bidet, shower cabin with double possibility of jetting, hairdryer. In the anti-bathroom there is the classic Tuscan shelf with towels and linens inside. the attic has a half bathroom (fourth bathroom) to go down the stairs at night in case of need. Both the central apartment and the shed have mosquito nets and air conditioning. ----- EXTERIOR Outside you will find a beautiful patio with music speakers, gazebo, table and chairs where you can eat and enjoy a spectacular view of the wonderful hills of Morrona! From the exclusive resede you can access the pool where you will find sun loungers, chairs and a living room located under the main umbrella where you can taste a good aperitif while watching the sunset. Charming outdoor hot tub (4 seasons) with built-in wood-burner, SKARGARSD brand by 8/10 people. ELECTRIC CHARGING STATION FOR CAR!!! You can cool off or take a hot shower before entering the pool. Parking is easy to find a short walk from the property.
