Just 20 km from Empoli, 30 km from Lucca, 46 km from Pisa, and 66 km from Florence, the villa offers you the chance to experience Tuscany's rich culture and history with ease. Beaches of Marina di Pisa and Tirrenia are just 40 minutes by car. THE INTERIORS: The ground floor features a spacious living room with a kitchen, two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a study area. The kitchen overlooks a charming garden, while the living area opens up to a portico with stunning views of the valley, complete with a barbecue, dining area, and relaxation zone. Upstairs, there are six double rooms, each with a private bathroom. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning, mosquito nets, and Wi-Fi. The villa accommodates up to 16 guests. OUTDOORS: The pool is very large and includes an area with a tub and a large solarium, providing the perfect setting for relaxation. The pool and tub are not heated. The pool is open from May 1st to September 30th and is not fenced. GUEST HOUSE & PARK: The guest house features a billiard table and a lounge area, along with a service bathroom. The surrounding park includes a small 6-hole putting green and convenient private parking. ______ Tourist Tax: €1.50 per person per night for the first 7 nights, payable in cash upon check-in. Guests: The max no. of guests is 16, and it must match the no. on the reservation. All guests must provide ID upon check-in. As required by Italian law, it is mandatory to sign a short-term rental contract. Other things to note During your stay some of our collaborators may come to the villa to clean the swimming pool and park, deliver the linen and similar activities.
