Tiny home in Oostzaan

Relax and unwind in our modern 33 m2 chalet with rain shower and air conditioning and Netflix. Enjoy the tranquility and beautiful unobstructed views of the nature reserve from your terrace. It is located 15 minutes north of Amsterdam and you can get there by bike, car or bus. By bike, it is only 7 km to the NDSM ferry, which you can take to the city center of Amsterdam. In the surroundings of the cottage, you can cycle, hike, paddle, surf, sail and swim in the nature reserve Het Twiske. The space The chalet has a kitchen with Nespresso coffee machine with coffee cups, kettle and tea, a bar table with 2 stools, living room with sofa and TV with all channels and Netflix, a bedroom with double box spring bed of 180x210 cm with 2 separate duvets and pillows. The bed is made upon arrival. In the bathroom, you will find the toilet, a sink with mirror and furniture for your toiletries, and a hairdryer. There is also a rain shower and there are towels, shower gel and shampoo. There is a bathroom en suite so there is no door between bedroom and bathroom but the toilet and shower are around the corner (for privacy) and there is a door between the living room and bedroom. Because there are large French doors in the living room to the terrace and a large window to the ground in the bedroom, the window cannot be opened, but there is a large ventilation grid in the bedroom, and there is also extraction and air conditioning. It is therefore a fresh and healthy climate in the bedroom. Guest access The entire cottage including the terrace behind the cottage with windscreen and a dining table and lounge sofa and relaxing chair. Other things to note No visitors, no smoking (and blowing) in the cottage, no loud music outside. No hard drugs and no soft drugs. Smoking is only allowed on the terrace outside. We prefer not to have young men in our chalet who only want to rent it to smoke all day or use other drugs (such as magic mushrooms)!
