When you first walk in there is so much space for you and your family. The living is designed to make you feel right at home featuring a 70inch Samsung TV. The guest bathroom is located conveniently in the living room area and features a bidet toilet. The kitchen and dining area are conveniently located together and features NEW stainless-steel appliances such as fridge, stove, dishwasher, and microwave. Our patio is screened in to keep all bugs away from you while you enjoy your stay. Kitchen includes all essentials for cooking. Each bedroom is located upstairs with Queen sized mattresses and mini fridges to secure even more privacy for each guest. Master bedroom has its own bathroom and a large Walkin closet. 40 inch Samsung televisions are in each bedroom. The other two bedrooms are situated next to each and share a jack and jill bathroom. Washer & Dryer located on second floor. Guest access Guests have access to the entire home accept for garage. Other things to note PROPERTY POLICIES CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT Check-in: 4:00 PM Check-out: 10:00 AM Early Check-in (Subject to availability): $25 per hour before standard check-in time. Must be approved in advance. Late Check-out (Subject to availability): $50 per hour after standard check-out time. If exceeding 2 hours without approval, a full additional night will be charged. NO SMOKING POLICY Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. This includes: - Cigarettes - Marijuana - Vape / e-cigarettes - Cigars Penalty: $300 - $500 USD for deep cleaning and odor removal. NO PARTIES / EVENTS / GATHERINGS Parties, events, or gatherings are not allowed under any circumstances. Penalty: Minimum $500 USD Immediate termination of reservation without refund NO UNDECLARED GUESTS Only registered guests listed in the reservation are allowed on the property. Penalty: $50 per additional guest per night Possible immediate cancellation without refund NOISE POLICY Quiet hours: 9:00 PM – 8:00 AM Any complaints from neighbors may result in cancellation of the reservation without refund. CLEANING & PROPERTY CARE Guests are expected to maintain the property in reasonable condition. Penalty for excessive mess or abnormal cleaning: $150 - $300 USD additional cleaning fee TOWELS & PROPERTY ITEMS Each guest is provided with a set of towels. Important: All towels and property items must remain in the home. Penalty: $20 - $50 per missing item DAMAGES Any damage to the property will be charged to the guest. This includes (but is not limited to): - Furniture - Appliances - Bedding - Walls / paint SERIOUS VIOLATIONS The following will result in: Immediate cancellation No refund - Smoking inside the property - Parties or events - Exceeding occupancy limits - Illegal activity SECURITY Exterior security cameras may be present (e.g., front door/entrance). There are no cameras inside the property.
