The villa is perfectly situated between Malta's capital city, Valletta, and Sliema, an area with shops/shopping malls, beaches, bars and a vast selection of restaurants. Guest access Guests will have exclusive access to the entire villa, ensuring complete privacy and comfort. Other things to note 1.During lovely and summer season, although we do sanitize, some ants are to be expected, unfortunately this is part of our climate but we do provide spray and traps when needed - although this is not common. 2. An early check-in can be done, but only if the apartment is vacant and is cleaned in the morning. 3. All guests 18 years old or older must pay a nightly 0.50 eur Eco Tax Contribution, capped at a mximum charge of 5 eur per person.
