Rest in a brand new studio in Vila Madalena, very close to the subway (200 m). Safe, pleasant neighborhood, abundant commerce, close to everything (Av. Paulista, Allianz Park). We have a double bed, a single sofa bed, gas shower, full kitchen, small balcony, Wi-Fi and air conditioning. Bed linen and towels are sanitized in a professional laundry. Guest access Shared fitness center, workspace, laundry (for a fee) and bicycle rack. Other things to note There is no parking in the building. We provide a blanket, it's not very thick. The laundry costs R$7.50 per cycle (7.50 to wash and 7.50 to dry). Liquid soap and softener are not included and are not available, and must be purchased by the guest in advance. Extra cleaning and linen changes can be requested for a fee of R$170.00 (cleaning fee).
