At an altitude of 500 meters, in the charming village of Seix, at the foot of the mountains of the Ariège Pyrenees Regional Park, come and stay in a pleasant recent house with covered terrace and small grassed garden. With its 50 m2 of living space, it is ideal for 4 people. ⚠️ BED LINEN AND TOWELS NOT PROVIDED (offered as a non-mandatory option, bed linen provided for stays of 5 nights or more) (possibility of extra sleeping on the living room click-clack) The space - A 27 m2 living room with a fully equipped kitchen area (fridge + freezer compartment, induction hob, air fryer, Tassimo coffee machine, kettle, toaster, raclette machine... and all necessary utensils and cookware), a dining area, a living area with TV (DTT) and sofa bed. A wood-burning stove heats up the whole thing, it's on before you arrive, and wood is available for the entire stay. ⚠️(Unique means of heating the accommodation , close to the rooms the heat is very well diffused, well fed with wood no worries about temperature during the winter) - 2 bedrooms of 9 m2 each with a 140 bed for one, 2 beds in 90 for the other. Both are equipped with dressing room. Pillows and duvets are available (bed linen is optional, except for stays of 5 nights or more, where it is provided) - a bathroom of 5 m2, with an Italian shower, simple vanity, toilet as well as a washing machine (hair dryer + pharmacy kit) (optional towels) - a covered terrace of 15 m2, very pleasant with its open view of the surrounding mountains. - a grassed area of about 60 m2 fully fenced with barbecue and sunbeds. - Parking space in front of the house to park your vehicle. Guest access Entire place Other things to note This house enjoys an exceptional setting: quiet despite the immediate proximity to many essential shops ( bakery, butcher, grocery store, tobacconist, restaurants , pharmacy, medical home) and a weekly farmers' market as well as a playground with small football/basketball court, ping pong table, slide, swing, climbing rock... Other amenities may be available as an option: -Len linen (bed linen, towels) - end of stay cleaning…. The baby kit can be made available to you free of charge upon request: crib/hiking baby carrier/bathtub/cane stroller/high chair) Nearby: Many hiking or family walks departures, kayaking base, river swimming, ski resort 20 km away which also offers summer activities (summer luge, go-karting, bikes, hikes)... And so much more that your hosts will be happy to share with you. We encourage guests to be courteous during their stay.
