Check-in time is 15:00, and check-out time is promptly 11:00 am. Please note that parties and loud music are prohibited on this property. Please be mindful that you are in a residential area. Any disturbances caused will result in a £200 penalty fee and damage to the property or items within the property will result in a higher penalty of up to £500. We operate a very strict no smoking policy in this apartment. If you are found to be smoking or we believe you have been smoking in the apartment by any means, your deposit will not be returned and you will be charged for any damage this causes. A replacement fee of £100 will be charged for lost keys. Please note that we require all our guests to provide the names of all staying and the lead guest ID before check-in, which will be requested through the Airb&b messaging service. Please also note that we require 24 hours notice for bedding changes. E.G if guests would like two single beds or the sofa bed made up, we would require 24 hours notice to accommodate this.
