Additional guests are not allowed for security reasons. infants up to 2 years old are allowed as an additional guest but will be charged a fee of 80,000 pesos per night The rooftop pool is open every day from 9:00 am to 7:00 pm, tuesday from 2 pm. Pool on 3th floor (tempory closed) , jacuzzi & jetstream open on monday wednesday, friday and sunday 09:00 am to 12:00 am and 02:00 pm to 07:00 pm The pool has a maximum capacity. You can reserve a maximum of two hours per day to use the pool. You can make a reservation at the reception. You can easily order a taxi or Uber through the reception. Other things to note - it is not allowed to book for others. The main booker must stay in the apartment during the booked dates. Otherwise it will be seen as a third party booking which is not permitted and may result in guests not being given access and no refund of the booked amount. - infants up to 2 years old are allowed as an additional guest but will be charged a fee of 80,000 pesos per night - Each guest must register and be present at check-in. Please be considerate of other residents and guests: parties and visitors are not allowed. This is a buildings policy. The host reserves the right to ask for proof of payment for last minute bookings. - If you have a business appointment or a friend wants to visit you, you can register them when you check in (note: only when checking in NOT during your stay and only a total of 4 persons including you). Please make sure you send all names and IDs. Once they arrive, they are registered as guests and given a bracelet so they can come whenever they want. - Before you wash your clothes, they must first be shaken to remove the sand. If you put your clothes full of sand in the washing machine, there is a chance that they will become clogged or broken - In the interest of the guests who come after you, we remind you that smoking is not allowed, neither in the apartment nor on the balcony. if smoking has occurred while this is not permitted, we will charge a fee to recover the costs of putting the apartment back in good condition for the next guest. - Attention to the environment is important to us: do not forget to close doors and windows when you use the air conditioning and turn it off when you leave the apartment. - Please leave a review.
