Green Rooftop Terrace Florence Historical Center

The house is a stylish and unique place in the Florence historical center. It was built in 1500 and was an old monastery. The place has been completely renovated few months ago so it's brand new. Walking distance to all the Florence Highlights, the famous San Ambrogio market cherished by the locals, bars and restaurants and at the same time it is located in one of the quietest streets. You will love finding an Oasis in the crowded Florence and still be in the heart of everything. The space The apartment has a spectacular rooftop terrace . The space inside the house is well distributed and you will enjoy a well equipped kitchen and a large living room. The bedrooms are cozy and stylish. 2 bedrooms have 2 twins or 1 big bed (you can choose) and 1 bedroom with 1 big bed. The bathrooms have big showers and all the amenities that you need . Old and new are melting together in a quiet and relaxed atmosphere. We have kept the old paintings of the old times mixed with pastel colors. The terrace is a big plus, with sofas and full of plants. The place is incredibly quiet and in the building there are only 3 apartments (including this one). Guest access The apartment is at the second floor with no elevator. 2 flights of stairs only ( which is quite easy for the florentine standards). The steps are a total of 30 There is a public paying garage to park your car just round the corner otherwise you can reach the apartment from the station in 20 min walk or 10 min by cab and 30 min ride from the airport.
