Maximum capacity 8 people! Welcome! The space The apartment is on the 9th floor of a multi-family building, in a safe, well-located and quiet area. 24-hour doorman. The location of the apartment is excellent (read the comments from guests)!! Less than 5 minutes walk away there are supermarkets such as Metro/Vivanda, as well as fast food restaurants, pharmacies, cafes, department stores such as Saga Falabella and also the well-known souvenir market located on Petit Thouars Avenue and 10 minutes walk away is Larcomar. The apartment now has 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. The master bedroom has a queen bed, a TV, air conditioning and a bathroom; the second bedroom has a queen bed and a TV, the third; a queen-size bunk bed and the fourth bedroom a single bed with a bathroom. No Smoking: Smoking is prohibited in any area of ​​the apartment or in common areas. Violation of this policy carries a US$500 fine. 11. Luggage: There is no luggage storage, but luggage can be left at the reception desk of another nearby building. Please inquire and coordinate. 12. Gatherings and Parties: These are not permitted under any circumstances. Failure to comply with this policy will result in a penalty and eviction without refund. 13.
