La Loggia 490 in Drôme

Welcome to La Loggia in Drôme, a retreat nestled in the heart of the Baronnies Provençales Natural Park, 15 km from Nyons. At the end of a path lined with lavender fields that leads only to La Loggia, enjoy a unique view, a house surrounded by nature and calm, open to the infinity pool, admire the view from the king-size bed, meditate to the song of cicadas, rediscover your creativity and taste local products under the olive trees. Everything is in place for the holidays. The space The side view of the house is a "glazed balcony" facing the mountain. Sliding glass doors create fluidity between the interior and exterior, with smooth concrete floors extending from the interior to the terrace. The other side of the house is semi-buried to keep it cool in summer and warm in winter. The roof is green. As soon as you enter, you are greeted in a large living room bathed in natural light. The decor is cheerful and colorful: it's vacation time! As in a loft, only the shower room and toilet have a door. The equipment meets our comfort and quality standards from the entrance to the bedroom. We put in what we appreciate: library alternating detective stories, art and anecdotes, Harman Kardon Bluetooth speaker, Wi-Fi, 4G (BUT NO TV), spacious walk-in shower, large mirrors, hairdryer, 8X mirror, cotton towels, separate hanging toilet and bidet, very spacious kitchen, US fridge with ice dispenser, induction hob with integrated hood, oven, large countertop, toaster, electric kettle, colored dishes, Nespresso coffee machine, percolator, mixer, mandolin, XXL sofa, box spring bed made in Belgium with 200 X 200 mattress and mattress topper, linen sheets and pillowcases, feather duvet, feather or synthetic pillows according to preferences, spacious dressing room, yoga mat, foutas and pool towels. At your disposal in the kitchen are samples of local products: Nyons olive oil, La Para vinegars, 2 Marmottes herbal teas, honey from neighboring hives and homemade jam. Gas plancha on the terrace. At your disposal in the bathroom, liquid lavender soap, bottle of lavender essential oil from the house. And of course, a bottle of white, rosé or red wine according to your preference to celebrate the start of the stay. Since this fall, we have had a Scandinavian wood-burning stove installed for cooler evenings by the fire. Guest access The direction of the loggia is indicated by "490" signs from the road, then small colored pebbles will guide you to the entrance of the loggia. Other things to note We appreciate the calm and we have chosen the location of the house carefully: outside the village, a small valley road with no exit, at the end of a dirt road, and we want to share this opportunity with you. Peaceful nights, birdsong and cicadas will be part of it, but in the countryside, there are also the sounds of the countryside: agricultural work, the passage of a tractor, a herd of goats, our 2 dogs, etc...
