It is possible to park on the street in and around via Nino Oxilia, if you find a free spot At a distance of about 900 meters there is a large, very cheap paid car park. The space In Florence, in the Rifredi district, a beautiful apartment, airy and bright, on two floors, perfectly furnished and equipped, on the fourth floor of a recent building (2011) with lift. On the fourth floor, entrance and large living room with fully open kitchen and balcony and bathroom with shower. Upstairs, a bedroom with a 160cm wide double bed and a single bed. Upon request a second single bed can be added temporarily. In the living room there is a comfortable double sofa bed and a single sofa bed. If needed, for short stays, and for families or close-knit groups, the apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 7 guests, plus a foldable crib for babies. A few tens of meters away is the stop for bus line 20 which takes you to the centre. Perhaps the most convenient solution to reach the center is the train from the Firenze Rifredi station to the Firenze Santa Maria Novella station. Departures are very frequent and the journey only takes 5 or 5 minutes. Rifredi station is located about 900 meters from via Nino Oxilia, but can also be reached by bus 20. The third stop is right in front of the station. Unfortunately for the return from Rifredi station to via Nino Oxilia there are no usable buses. The alternative is the T1 T3 tram line which has its terminus in front of the Careggi hospital, about 800 meters from via Nino Oxilia. Even in this case you can avoid walking too much by taking bus 56 to the Caccini stop, about 200 meters away. The most convenient stop is the third, which is located along the tram route, right in front of the Morgagni stop. On the way back, from the tram terminus you can take bus 56 for a couple of stops, until the Gore stop The T1 T3 tram also allows you to reach the Villa Costanza bus station and the T2 tram which takes you to Florence airport. From the Florence Rifredi station you can also reach numerous regional destinations, such as Pisa and its airport, Siena, Lucca or interregional destinations, such as La Spezia, the Cinque Terre, Bologna, Venice.  From Florence airport the journey by car takes 10/15 minutes. From Pisa airport, the train takes about an hour to reach Florence Rifredi station From the Santa Maria Novella station it is possible to reach the Florence Rifredi station in a few minutes. It is the first stop of almost all trains with regional destinations. Parking Via Nino Oxilia is located in the Rifredi district, to the north of Florence's historic center. This area is outside the ZTL (Limited Traffic Zone), so you can access it by car and park on the street. There is no private parking associated with the apartment, but depending on the time, it is also possible to find some free parking spaces available on the same street. Additionally, there are spaces marked with yellow lines (reserved for residents but usually available for use), and in the surrounding streets, you will find blue-lined spaces, which are paid from 8 AM to 8 PM on weekdays. About 1 km away, there is also a large, very economical paid parking lot, with a rate of 4 euros for 24 hours. Guest access Guests can access the entire apartment and its amenities.
