Guest access 🏡 Guest Access Guests will have complete and unrestricted access to the entire property. There are no shared spaces; The entire property will be at your exclusive disposal during your stay. 🚗 Parking 🅿️ Rates and parking zones (blue lines) Bitonto is divided into Zone A (center) and Zone B (outskirts), with these current rates: Zone A (e.g., historic center, near Corte Sant’Angelo): €1.00/hour Zone B (less central streets): €0.60/hour Payment hours: Weekdays: Monday–Saturday from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM and from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM (Different from other municipalities – here, the 8:30 AM–8:30 PM hours do not apply, as in other medium-sized municipalities, but rather local hours) IMPORTANT: Parking is not possible on Via Ammiraglio Vacca on Thursdays from 7:00 AM to 8:30 AM due to street cleaning. 🔑 Check-in We offer two check-in options to meet your needs: ✅ Check-in: 🕒 From 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM ⏰ Late Check-in (in-person only): From 9:00 PM to 12:00 AM → €15 After 12:00 AM → €30 per hour 🔑 Self Check-in: Available free of charge at any time (upon request) 🚪 Check-out: 🕙 By 10:00 AM ⏳ Late Check-out (upon request and subject to availability): Until 12:00 PM → €30 Other things to note 📌 Details to note 🔹 Pumetta is a vacation rental and does not offer bed and breakfast services. For more information, please contact us in advance. 📑 Administrative requirements for your stay For security reasons and compliance with Italian regulations, it is mandatory to provide: A copy of all guests' identity documents (passport or ID card) at least 48 hours before arrival. 📷 Photo of the identity document (including Airbnb-encrypted ID, if applicable). 🤳 Selfie of the person booking with their ID, for identity verification. 📝 Signing of the tourist rental agreement In accordance with Italian regulations on tourist rentals (Article 1571 et seq. of the Civil Code and regional regulations), guests must sign a tourist rental agreement upon check-in.
