The home features three large bedrooms with two having KING BEDS! Talk about room to spread out... Throughout the house, you will find 4 Smart TV's equipped with Netflix so all of your streaming dreams can come true. Also, 1 large couch for relaxing and 2 dining room tables, one for the children and one for adults to ensure there's enough room for dinner You will find yourself only 5 minutes from Bojangles Coliseum and Ovens Auditorium, ten minutes from Uptown, Panther's Stadium and South End, as well as 12 minutes from NoDa and Plaza Midwood.. Less then 20mins away from CLT airport. Less then 30mins away from Concord and Concord -Padgett Airport. Less than 25mins to Carowinds. NO PARTIES NO PETS Guest access Guest will have access to the whole house as this is a full time short term rental. Other things to note There will be clear instruction's on how to use the items in the home. If you do not have the time to stop and read directions this is not the home for you. This home is a peaceful getaway with a large back yard made for family and friends. NO PARTIES there will be a $500 fine if there is a party and police will be notified.
