Entire apartment is 55 sq meter with huge balcony -Surroundings It is in the neighbourhood of Parkent bazar and walking away from many restaurants, cafes and supermarkets -During your stay I’m always available via social platforms that convenient to my guests Other things to note - Parties are not allowed - Smoking are not allowed - Visitors are not allowed *IMPORTANT: Every visitor must be authorized $150 fine for an unauthorized visitor entry (fine not related and will not be applied to a family members, however authorization is a must) Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment Guests are welcome to smoke only in designated outdoor areas A $50 cleaning and deodorizing fee will be charged if smoking occurs inside the apartment We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain a fresh and comfortable environment for all guests
