Hidden Treasure in Mangawhai Village + EV charger

Private and tranquil, this 7 year old house is nestled down a 'right of way' with beautiful rural and pond views. It sits on a fish and bird sanctuary. This is a unique place and provides space for either quiet relaxation or heaps of room for the kids to run around. The Domain and tennis courts are just a couple of minutes walk away. It's a 5 minute walk into the village and a short drive to the most amazing beaches. Internal design has been focussed on a traditional bach look and feel. The space Outside provides a large deck with comfy outdoor furniture. There is also a fenced grass area at the back of the property for guests' use together with access to the walkway around the Domain. And to help get rid of any pesky sand from the beach there is a heated outdoor shower. There is also an infrared outdoor heater so you can snuggle up outside at night to watch the stars. The house is open plan living. Other things to note There is an EV charger available for use at night - pls arrange with host prior to arrival. For stays over 3 nights and/or high usage of the charger there may be an additional fee.
